Options for Connecting to UMail 

There are a variety of ways to connect to Umail / Outlook:

1.  Webmail / "Outlook Web Access" - If you need quick access to UMail on any type of device that has a web browser, connecting to webmail - aka "Outlook Web Access" - is a quick & universal approach.  Simply browse to www.umail.utah.edu  (Requires DUO authentication)

2. If you're using a HCI managed PC or a personally owned system at home, here is how to configure Outlook to connect to UMail:  HCI Computer Information - Connecting PC Outlook to UMail (utah.edu)

   - IMPORTANT NOTE - we've found that using either Outlook 2019 or the Microsoft 365 version of Outlook resolve many problems.    Here's how to get the newest version of Outlook 2019 on your HCI-managed or even personally owned WIndows computer:   Outlook-2019-365
