Connecting Macs, cell phones and tablets to UMail

 

Options for Connecting to UMail 

There are a variety of ways to connect to Umail / Outlook:

1.  If you need quick access to UMail on any type of device that has a web browser, connecting to webmail - aka "Outlook Web Access" - is a quick & universal approach.  Simply browse to www.umail.utah.edu  (Requires DUO authentication)

2.  For clinical staff who use Citrix, you can connect via the Outlook application within Citrix.  (On the 2nd prompt for your username, change UID@ad.utah.edu to UID@umail.utah.edu)  (An advantage to using Citrix is you only have to configure Outlook one time.)
