​​​There are 2 ways to see / apply Microsoft Software updates available via Software Center:

 
Method 1

 
1 Click on the small up-arrow in the lower right hand corner of your Task Bar

2. Click on the Software Updates icon (circled in red below) then “View Required Software"​​

3. In the next window, you can either apply the changes "Now" or "Outside my business hours" (which means between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am) and then select "OK"​, or "Remind Me Later", if you want to think about it.​

Method 2:

 
1. Open Software Center -   Start - All Programs - Microsoft System Center - Configuration Manager - Software Center

2.  From the Software Center window, you can select All updates (click on "Name" box, circled below) and either "Install" or "Schedule" (lower right hand corner of the window)

​You can apply the updates now, and reboot now, or schedule the updates for later.
