At HCI our printer standard is printers manufactured by HP.  We have a streamlined support agreement with HP and our extensive experience has been the HP printers are reliable & “good network citizens”, are more efficient for CATG to support.

 

While HCI investigators may find other printers that more optimally suit their needs, our preference is to stay with HP standard printers whenever possible.  We won’t prohibit other types of printers, but due to limited support resources owners of non-standard printers may need to coordinate warranty & technical support of non-standard printers.
