Support limits:

·         CATG will help get PDA-specific software installed & functional on the user’s PC or Mac

·         CATG will help get the PDA connected to HCI email, wireless, VPN and verify connectivity

 

·         CATG can not work with service provider (eg, ATT, Sprint, etc) directly, can’t set up user’s device or account PINs, etc.

·         PDA owner needs to accept primary responsibility for learning & providing self-support for PDA device
