April - 2015 - There have been problems with HCI users being able to check "availability" information of HSC user calendars when trying to schedule a meeting. 
 
Until the problems are corrected, here is a work-around to "see" availability information for HSC users.  (This is not intended as a long term or permanent solution.  We are working with the UMail team to get the problem rectified.)
 
Step 1 - Logon to UMail "webmail" by navigating to www.umail.utah.edu.  (Use your uNID and the same password you use to get into Citrix)
 
Step 2 - Within UMail webmail, click on New - Meeting Request - Scheduling Assistant, which presents a window like below

Step 3 - click on Select Attendees, (on the left side of the window) and add the HSC users you'd like to find availalble time to schedule your meeting.
