Configuring Access for others to Shared Mailboxes / Shared Calendars - for resource owners

>To grant access to people who need Full access:

1. Locate the associated Security Group in the UMail address book.

    - for example, "HCH_Clinic_2B_Vacations-SG".   

2. Select the security group, then add or remove people as needed.   Save the group.  

IMPORTANT NOTE - These changes may take up to 24 hours to become effective.   After the required time, and if your coworkers are using Office 2019 or Outlook 365 client, they can follow the instructions located here:  HCI Computer Information - AccessingShared (utah.edu)

>To grant access to people who need Read-Only / Reviewer Access:

- This assumes you have Full access yourself to the shared mailbox/calendar

1. Locate the shared Calender in the left side menu, then right-click and select Properties, then Permissions.

2. Click Add. then search for you the person you want to grant access.

3. Under Permission Level, choose Reviewer level, and select OK
