Accessing Shared Mailboxes / Shared Calendars in Outlook for Windows:
NOTE - the Security model for sharing mailboxes & calendars in Umail is different than on HCI EMail. Accessing these resources requires that you have access granted by your manager or somebody in your group who is the designated "owner" of that resource.
1. Make sure you're running Outlook 2019 or - for personally owned Windows systems - Outlook for MS 365. HCI Computer Information - Outlook-2019-365 (utah.edu)
