The Click-to-Call utililty is a nifty Cisco tool to enable making phone calls from Outlook.
 
Software installation:
 
X:\Public\apps\pc\Cisco Click to Call\clicktocall_setup.exe
 
 
Software Configuration - "Click to Call Preferences"
 
[Login tab]
 
Username = uNID, password = Cisco password (contact HCI help desk for this information)
 
"more options" - WebDialer Service  10.1.0.13
(select CCMCIP Services is on the same server)
 
[Phones tab]
(Verify your primary phone is listed)
