BlackBerry systems will connect to HCI's email systems, but the configuration specifics depend on the wireless company involved (eg, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.)
 
First Step - make sure you have an account at Blackberry.com for your blackberry phone.
 
Each wireless service provider has different web sites for configuring Blackberrys.
 
 
 
You'll get a "Welcome to Blackberry" page.  Logon with the account information provided, or create a new account.
 
Note:  If you're unable to logon to the Blackberry site you'll need to contact your wireless provider for assistance.
 
 
Once logged onto to the Blackberry site
 
Set Up Email / Add an Existing email account (eg, Yahoo, Google, Microsoft Exchange)
 
Enter your email address & your HCI password. 
 
It should error at this point, where you'll be given the opportunity to enter Provide Additional Settings.
 
Select Microsoft Exchange, and enter the following information where prompted:
 
Email Address: (your HCI email address)
Email password  (your HCI password)
Username:  (Your username @ HCI)
Mailbox name:  (typically your username)
 
If you encounter errors at this step, you may need to contact HCI computer support @ 5-0330
