Would you like to have us add you to a list of Lynch syndrome patients that are willing to have their contact information shared with other patients with Lynch syndrome?
Send an email to FCACResearch@hci.utah.edu with the following information:
- Name
- Age
- Sex (as well as gender if different than sex)
- Preferred contact information to share (e.g. phone number, email)
- Time of day you're willing to be contacted
- Which type of Lynch syndrome you have (gene name)
- Who you'd like to connect with (e.g. anyone with Lynch syndrome, only individuals of the same sex, only individuals with the same type of Lynch syndrome, only individuals within a certain age range, only individuals with a similar situation/interest)
- Interest in patient support groups/meetings for patients with Lynch syndrome (virtual or in person)
Our team will add you to our list with the information you include. You can send updates as you choose if you change your mind about who you'd like to connect with and how. If connection opportunities become available, we will connect you with others with Lynch syndrome. You can take it from there!
