• The Family Cancer Assessment Clinic (FCAC) at Huntsman Cancer Institute is a team of doctors and genetic counselors. They help patients find out if genes play a role in their personal or family health history. If you'd like to be seen in the FCAC clinic for either a genetic counseling appointment or long-term follow-up/management in the High Risk GI Cancer Clinic, you can find more information about HCI's services here. 

• You can schedule an appointment by calling 801-587-9555. Self-referral are welcome. Many genetic services are available through telemedicine currently due to COVID-19.
