HCI Sexual Health Program

• The purpose of the HCI Sexual Health Program is to improve care for cancer patients with sexual health related concerns.
• Why should you refer:
• Sexual dysfunction is one of the most common long-term side effects of cancer treatment
• Sexual concerns are underreported and often not addressed during clinic visits
• NCCN and ASCO both emphasize the importance of provider-initiated discussions about sexual concerns 
• Who should you refer:
• Anyone with concerns regarding sexual health, function and fertility who want to speak with our specialists about it.
