Tempus:

• Sample type: Tumor tissue, blood, saliva, or tumor normal sample
• Includes MSI status
• Patient must opt in for germline information. Germline testing is not comprehensive, does not include deletions/duplications.
• Tempus xT test covers somatic mutations in MHL1, MSH2, MSH6, and PMS2. They also report germline findings in these genes.
• Tempus xF test covers MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, and PMS2 somatic mutations. Does not indicate whether or not germline findings are also reported.
